Originally from Milton, prior to starting his defence practice, Peter spent several years working as a prosecutor (Assistant Crown) in three different regions in Ontario. He has gained a distinct perspective on the criminal process and is acutely aware of the training, tactics and methods used by the prosecution as well as what is most effective in defeating them. He will prepare you for anticipated lines of questioning in cross and strengthen your case to counter adverse tactics.
Peter has law degrees from both the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. His undergraduate degree is from Wilfrid Laurier University in Business Administration. He has also received specialized prosecutor training in Impaired and ‘Over 80’ criminal offences.
